This doesn't indicate why there is any unreleased capacity at the end of the
test, only why there is some still allocated at the beginning of the next one.
A reasonable expectation of these tests is that they naturally release any
allocated capacity before they complete. Since the point of the test is to
determine if allocation/release is working, artificially releasing any that is
still held might mask a bug.
