Thanks [~plastikat]. I've marked this JIRA as patch submitted. I will review it
this week. I'm not super familiar with the cqlsh code so it may take me a
little longer to verify the assumptions are correct. [~djoshi] would you be
interested in helping here as well?
Also, [~plastikat], if you rewrite your commit message in your PR as
"CASSANDRA-15623: [message]" then JIRA will automatically detect it.
