While discussing doc updates to CASSANDRA-15466 on [ASF
Slack|https://the-asf.slack.com/archives/CK23JSY2K/p1585985233187200], I
discovered that the
[Testing|http://cassandra.apache.org/doc/latest/development/testing.html] page
requires a review.
h2. Sample section
[~mck] advised that the linked CI server here:
