[~mck], we need to only patch trunk as the fixes I made to {{cqlsh.py}} in
trunk don't need to be backported. They're related to UTF8 handling and are
Python 2/3 compatibility related. {{cqlsh.py}} in earlier versions of C*
doesn't support Python 3 therefore this issue doesn't exist in those branches.
So we're good on that front. The test breakages are contained in dtest repo and
are related to the behavior change.
