I fancied taking a look at how do docs work so I gave this one a go. PR 
[here|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/pull/574]

I only found docs for cassandra-stress in trunk. Nothing for the previous 
versions so happy to be corrected.

Test: I generated the docs locally and tested the generated html includes the 
message in the FAQ section
