There are a bunch of tests that, when run with Java 11, emit the boilerplate
{{WARNING: An illegal reflective access operation has occurred}} messages.
The proposed change just adds more invocations to
{{org.apache.cassandra.utils.FBUtilities#preventIllegalAccessWarnings}} to get
rid of many of those.
