Latest patch is YELLOW, failing test ([see
here|https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/dcapwell/cassandra/278/workflows/5d568580-5794-4359-a72c-065ead293c83/jobs/1356/tests])
is test_optimized_primary_range_repair -
transient_replication_test.TestTransientReplication, which is a known issue.
