This isn't related directly to the patch, but there are a couple places
({{CassandraValidationIterator}} and {{RepairMessageVerbHandler}}) where we
believe {{ActiveRepairService#getParentRepairSession()}} can return {{null}}.
It seems pretty clear, though, that we'll always throw a {{RuntimeException}}
before we allow that to happen.
