[~samt]I have put this one for review finally. This is just cmd line params
happy path unit testing to seed the individual test tickets per tool created in
CASSANDRA-15583. Is is important though as it sets up the foundation to build
upon. I already have 3 of those tool specific tickets almost ready to go into
review once this is merged.
If you're busy or going to be on holidays let me know and I'll look for another
reviewer is you prefer? Thx in advance.
