Summary: Distinguish partition errors published by Cassandra-Diff
between source and target

The partition errors found during diff are persisted without the error origin
information.
Therefore, I am proposing to add an error origin indicator, (e.g. 0 for source
and 1 for target) when persisting the partition error details.
