merged the dtest pr, will run a full cci suite once we have a snapshot released
(guessing it would make sense to wait for
https://github.com/apache/cassandra-in-jvm-dtest-api/pull/16 and
https://github.com/apache/cassandra-in-jvm-dtest-api/pull/17 before doing that)
