I saw that j8_small_par_executor is used by the in-jvm tests so we shouldn't
change it as this will unfortunately reflect them. I checked, there is no
annotation for 'medium&1' so we can just create one ('j8_small_executor' or
something) to be used by the new job. That should be fine.
