Seems like we need some kind of metadata indicator for "working on during the
run up to 4.0 but doesn't block the release" re: optionality of things like
this.
4.0.x doesn't cover that because then it'd evict it from the kanban / query.
Maybe a label of some sort for it? I'll chew on this and try and come up with
something sane, probably bring it up in slack. Thanks for the insight both of
you.
