I see most of the people expressed a support to [~yukim]'s idea to remove the
support with the new release with:
* Note in CHANGES.txt
* Update "Getting Started" documents for Windows users (to direct them
to use docker or cloud)
So I believe I should open a ticket for point 2? [~yukim], [~jmckenzie] any
different opinion?
