We have many flags that are set as system properties, and rather than changing
the tests to support the different versions, we try to run the tests with
different flag settings; this causes some tests to fail as stderr will contain
something like the following
JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS: -Dcassandra.consistent.simultaneousmoves.allow=true
We should update our tests to ignore this stderr message.
