These changes are good. There is an added import to the StreamingTransferTest
that doesn't need to be there:
import org.apache.cassandra.db.compaction.CompactionManager;
Overall the changes are good, I'm concerned that a few of the tests seem to
fail with this patch when they don't fail in trunk right now.
Get the fixes in and also add some documentation for the new switches in the
cassandra.yaml then a +1.
