least the ones that have to do with cluster membership and consistency like
bootstrap, replace, decommission, and tests involving range movements in

That's the idea, just those dtests where tokens can be pre-generated (but still
in the same manner) would take advantage of this. But this is a discussion for
the CASSANDRA-16079
