direct entries but sections, like {{New features}}, {{Upgrading}} or
{{Deprecation}}, and place the entries under those sections. Even though this
is a bug fix the new {{cassandra.max_pending_flushing_tasks}} property could be
considered as a new feature, maybe? Perhaps adding a {{NEWS.txt}} entry is
overkill, and we could just mention it in the {{CHANGES.txt}} entry. And, at
least since 3.11, we could add a description of the property in [the
documentation for
{{cassandra-env.sh}}|https://cassandra.apache.org/doc/latest/configuration/cass_env_sh_file.html],
which already contains definitions of other properties, WDYT?
