[~mck] - sounds like we should have a conversation about these pages. I've done
some revision, but probably not enough.
My current files:

I have moved circleCI to ci.adoc. I also retitled the ci page to CI
environments.
I added tlp-stress and NoSQLBench to the perf test section. I left cstar_perf,
but can remove it, if that is appropriate.
I need more info on the unit tests - what do you want added about that list of
tests?
I need more info on the dtests - what do you want to add?
I have not yet linked the patches page to the ci page.
