Thanks [~gianluca], I checked that ticket and it looks like the only reason to
add @flaky as part of CASSANDRA-14134 was to prevent from distractions while
working on the pytest migration. So it looks like the ticket and the issue is
legit
On the other hand, maybe(I haven't tested it yet) the rest of us might be able
to reproduce the problem if the annotation is removed.
