Leaving aside for a second the Python dtest issues, there are a few failures,
but none seem related to this patch or reproduce locally, with the exception of
[CASTest|https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/maedhroz/cassandra/242/workflows/a89462f7-e3b2-4698-9f8d-1f8365a746d8/jobs/1405],
which seems to fail even on trunk. The others are

and

{{CASTest}} is a little worrying in general, and might need its own Jira.
