[~aholmber] CASSANDRA-16483 has already been created for this. I have an almost
ready patch adding a new {{ColumnFilter#toCQLString}} method for query logging,
so we can keep the changes in {{ColumnFilter#toString}} added in this ticket,
although I still need to add some additional dtests. Probably it will be ready
for review tomorrow.
