Description:
Hauwei has donated arm64 servers intended for ci-cassandra.apache.org
The first two have been tested over a numbers of issues and fixes already. Now
that all the jobs work, the arm64 architecture is read to be added Jenkins.
(Four more servers are on their way as well.)
