First observations - this test fails only when the whole class is run. Running
on its own it succeeds 500 runs. Also, the original python DTest looks good in
Jenkins.
I am wondering whether it is not in-jvm issue. This reminds me of
CASSANDRA-16598
where there is a suspicion that the node didn't really go down
