After upgrading lz4-java the native version is disabled on RHEL 6 hosts as the
libc there isn’t new enough; this was reported to lz4-java in
https://github.com/lz4/lz4-java/issues/163 and they released 1.8.0
(https://github.com/lz4/lz4-java/releases/tag/1.8.0) to fix this issue, we
should upgrade to add RHEL 6 support back.
