Looks like this is fixed now? I can see that the "[contribute to
Cassandra"|https://cassandra.apache.org/doc/latest/development/index.html] link
under [https://cassandra.apache.org/_/community.html#how-to-contribute] now
points to [https://cassandra.apache.org/_/development/index.html]
