To support CEP-10 it is necessary to support alternative streaming
implementations, so that execution may be controlled. The ticket encompasses
two sub-tickets: firstly we make InetAddressAndPort extend InetAddress so that
we may 2) introduce a cross-classloader API for establishing a streaming
connection and sending data over it.
