The NPE is occuring

trying to get the first user defined keyspace which has suddenly disappeared.
I suspect this is due to some schema change taking effect and I see from your
log you have a failed bootstrap or other operational failure where a fat client
exists and is timing out:

/10.244.47.73 has been silent for 30000ms, removing from gossip
so this is likely just fallout from another issue in the cluster. You probably
want to clear that up, but it may help to

a keyspace.
