The 'describe keyspace' output seems to be mixing up the labeling for minutes
and MB for Memtable thresholds output.
Example off our ring:
Memtable thresholds: 0.2859375/61/1440 (millions of ops/minutes/MB)
We use minutes=1440 and MB=61.
