UPDATE: I think the failures above only happened because a {{system_schema}}
keyspace persisted in {{build/test/data}} when it shouldn't have. The
{{OfflineToolUtils}} sub-classes might consider cleaning up the data directory
in a {{@BeforeClass}}...
+1 on the patch, assuming the above are resolved
