The standalone scrubber [gets the
key|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/trunk/src/java/org/apache/cassandra/db/compaction/Scrubber.java#L202]
from the file but never validates it, and this will propagate to the new
sstable so it will be corrupted when read later.
