Importantly, here are the necessary
[dtest-api|https://github.com/belliottsmith/cassandra-in-jvm-dtest-api/tree/17013-trunk]
improvements to be merged, that I had meant to post earlier. These have been
reviewed by a couple of folk already, and I will merge them to
cassandra-in-jvm-dtest-api shortly before calling a vote for a new dtest-api
release containing them.
