Having a single per-test keyspace probably makes more sense to keep thing
simple. I have also been missing a {{createKeyspace}} method. Those changes
seem quite more involved because they would affect a lot of tests, so I think
we should explore those {{CQLTester}} improvements in a separate ticket and not
block this ticket, nor CASSANDRA-16902, wdyt?
