[~benedict] I've pushed a commit which replaces ULID with UUID v1 and use
{{UUIDGen}} class.
I thing to note - we cannot use Base64 because it is not lexicographically
sortable and it may not work well in non-case sensitive file systems. Thus I
used {{Long.toString}} with radix 36, which gives 25 characters long ID
