I went through the failures and I don't think there are any related to this
patch.
As I suggested in another ticket, I feel we might need to work on the CircleCI
config for the in-jvm upgrade tests as we see more and more OOMs around the
Compact Storage upgrade tests.
I also suggested in another ticket to open an umbrella ticket for bootstrap
failures as it seems bootstrap related tests are unstable and see different
ones with different tickets. We have tickets for a few of them.
