[~e.dimitrova], do we want to edit {{NEWS.txt}} retrospectively? This doesn't
quite feel right to me, and would have thought it more correct to add a
{{4.0.2}} entry, making it explicit that JDK11 was experimental with 4.0.0 and
4.0.1 and is no longer with 4.0.2
