Btw CASSANDRA-15234 is kind of ready, except if [~mck] doesn't like it in his
last round :)
About guardrails - I thought the first ticket where the general framework was
committed and approved cleaned this topic. Did anything change since then?
Otherwise, I am all in for standardization and common understanding around the
config. Good for us, good for the users.
