Description:
A profile of the unit tests in our system indicates that 2.62% of our tests by
count are taking up 20.4% of our time. See

It's probably worth a little time to dig into some of those longer running
tests and see how we can speed them up. This is an exercise we've engaged in
repeatedly over the years with good results; we should also consider automating
this test profiling process as well as extend it beyond just unit testing into
in-jvm dtests and python dtests as well.
