Adding a request for steps to upgrade from Cassandra 3.11 to 4.0 that included
upgrading Java 8 to Java 11, plus steps on migrating the deprecated jvm.options
to jvm-server.options, jvm11-server.options, and jvm8-server.options with
explanation of the new jvm options files and their usage.
The above was missing in the article on [Apache Cassandra 4.0 support for Java
11|https://cassandra.apache.org/doc/latest/cassandra/new/java11.html].
