(was: Confirmed this only occurs with Counters.  There is a limitation on 
deleting counters, that they may appear if they haven't been applied to all 
nodes and compacted away.  Not sure if this falls under the same limitation, 
since in a traditional RDBMS, the semantics for truncate are different from 
delete.)
