Ok, I created the following PRs:
casssandra-3.11: https://github.com/apache/cassandra/pull/1617
cassandra-4.0: https://github.com/apache/cassandra/pull/1614
cassandra-4.1: https://github.com/apache/cassandra/pull/1618
trunk: https://github.com/apache/cassandra/pull/1619
Basically all patches go to 4.0 and higher.
For 3.11, I backported only the LongBufferPoolTest patch, because the other
issues in the BufferPool are not present there (also 3.11 version of BufferPool
is a lot simpler than 4.0).
