[~brandon.williams] pointed that even if the patches apply correctly, if we do
not regenerate them, there will be additional informational msgs displayed when
we apply midres which people might find confusing.
Patches recreated. The patch for 4.1 and trunk is different as there are jobs
added and jobs removed.
