[~brandon.williams] [~e.dimitrova] I rewrote the patch, I am catching all
exceptions which may happen in init method in loader and I am reacting in the
tests accordingly. So now it does not matter what environment we are testing it
in and exception handling in the code is more solid. Would you please take a
second look?
