We have noticed, upon generating artifacts in CI, we sometimes get random
javadoc errors such as:
{noformat}
09:24:40 [javadoc]
/home/build/cassandra/src/java/org/apache/cassandra/db/marshal/ValueAccessor.java:409:
error: no tag name after @
09:24:40 [javadoc] * lexicographically compare {@param left} to {@param
right}
{noformat}
or
{{AlterTableStatement.java:135: error: text not allowed in element}}
Also it would be good all output is directed to a file.
