Mmmm in CASSANDRA-13047 we agreed to remove the textile file (see description).
But in CASSANDRA-16763 it was agreed later on to keep it.

there are plans to generate the docs in tree:
- Wouldn't it be better to remove the textile file and go for the in-tree docs
directly, otherwise it's wasted effort?
- I don't think this should be a 4.1 blocker as it's an existing bug sort to
speak?
