I started a new trunk [1K

for this ticket and they pass.
As to test_speculative_data_request is has failed before and was supposedly
fixed by CASSANDRA-17119. I don't think it's related and passes locally and
[multiplexed|https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/bereng/cassandra/717/workflows/284d34c1-acda-4157-b909-69f6c46caa60/jobs/6437]
so maybe an env issue? :shrug:
