Added the correction suggested to

and propagated the patch also to

Running pre-commit workflow for both

and

but with low resources (as it is just a doc change after all) so expect many
Python DTests to fail due to lack of resources
Side note: I used the opportunity to fix CHANGES.txt, missing merge entry from
4.0
