pushes all the dtests that grab a specific 2.x version to instead use the git
version. This still leaves the issue of 2.0 though, and I don't see that code
getting fixed at this point, so maybe we should change tack and instead hack
the nodetool scripts in the dtests so they work. [~mck] WDYT?
