I have confirmed from svn that both sets of packages are the same:

ff8818e91694cdb1b04d5b8379c0f942 cassandra-4.0.6-1.noarch.rpm
ff8818e91694cdb1b04d5b8379c0f942 noboolean/cassandra-4.0.6-1.noarch.rpm
{code}
which leads to believe the problem lies somewhere in prepare_release.sh.
