Some tests aren't available in some branches, so I'm also not adding the
companion repeated jobs in those cases, nor the associated env vars:
* The simulator tests aren't available in 3.0, 3.11 and 4.0.
* JVM dtests with vnodes aren't available in 3.0, 3.11 and 4.0.
* 3.0 doesn't have any tests for the stress tool, so there isn't a job for it.
I have also added the missing Ant target {{long-testsome}} in 3.0 and 3.11, and
{{stress-test-some}} in 3.11 only. Those targets, which are mostly trivial, are
used to run individual tests.
